DeZURIK custom designed hydraulic power units are available to provide a tremendous range of power to drive single or multiple hydraulic cylinder valve actuators in a wide variety of industry applications. Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) can be configured to deliver continual power for valve operation, or they can be configured to provide emergency power in case of power failure. Choose from Custom Designed, Standard Traditional AC Unit, or Portable Hydraulic Power Pack that can provide power in the field for valves in remote locations.

DeZURIK HPU Systems can be designed to provide efficient power distribution for up to 12 valves. For throttling or valve positioning applications, HPUs deliver a steady supply of power for accurate control. Custom Hydraulic Power Units can also be designed to operate in extreme conditions including hazardous atmospheres or in submerged applications.

DeZURIK's Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is designed and manufactured to meet custom field application requirements.

They designed and manufactured to meet custom field application requirements. The HPU skid design includes all necessary components and a control panel to drive single or multiple hydraulic cylinder valve actuators. Custom HPU skids are utilized in industrial applications across various markets including mining, refining, power, marine, and metal processing.

The custom HPU is available in a range of configurations, including high pressure hydraulic with or without accumulation, low pressure air over water, or nitrogen over water. Custom designs can accept various power sources such as electric, gas, or diesel. Custom HPU skid designs are engineered to meet challenging environmental criteria and site space constraints. Control panels are designed to operate the HPU as a standalone system or integrate with an existing SCADA system.

DEZURIK LOW PRESSURE HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR SYSTEMS.png

DeZURIK custom designed low-pressure hydraulic accumulator systems are available to provide a tremendous range of power to drive single or multiple low-pressure hydraulic cylinder valve actuators in a wide variety of industry applications. Low pressure hydraulic accumulator systems can be configured to deliver continual power for valve operation and to provide emergency power in case of power failure.

DeZURIK low pressure hydraulic accumulator systems are designed as air over oil, air over water or source water pressurization systems, depending on the application requirements. The accumulator systems are designed to provide efficient power distribution for up to 8 valves. For throttling or valve positioning applications, low pressure hydraulic accumulators deliver a steady supply of power for accurate control.

Typical systems include: storage sump reservoir, hydraulic pump system, compressors, control panel, pressure tank, and air dryer. Plant monitoring is available either hardwired or with a communication module.

DESCRIPTION

Each design will be based on common engineering and fluid power design practices with standards that include flooded suction pump inlets; high-efficiency IEEE 841 electric motors; Beta rated pressure and return filtration; modular valve packages; integrated control panels; and accumulators. Fully self-contained units are available with local or remote controls.

All HPUs are performance tested before shipping and include a full submittal documentation package including drawings, schematics, and instruction manuals. Field Service and Installation Start-Up services are available upon request.

DeZURIK selects robust components, materials, and finishes, designed to withstand or exceed most environmental conditions and spec driven demands. Using this as a base starting point, we can tailor individual systems to fit your specific requirements.
