Dedicated Dezurik/Hilton engineering and manufacturing focus exclusively on fabricated valves. Models include Knife Gate Valves to 144″ (3700mm), Custom Knife Gates to ANSI Class 900, and temperatures to 2,000º F (1,090º C).
Fabricated construction allows unlimited design flexibility for compliance to U.S. and International Standards. Valves can be built of any weldable alloy with selection based on specifications, media, and operating conditions. The use of certified plate material assures design integrity and final valve quality. Plate material is also well suited to the application of special purpose coatings and hard facings which are applied in the Dezurik/ Hilton plant.

Valves are designed for application ensuring engineering requirements are exceeded. Installations range from WWTP Main Sewage Pump Isolation to hydro blowoff and throttling.

Hilton Hydro Guard Valves: Hydro Guard Valves are specially designed to provide shutoff or isolate a flow control valve for maintenance on dams and reservoirs.

Hilton Throttling Gate Valves: Hilton Throttling Gate Valves are used primarily for free water discharge and flow control on dams and reservoirs, where there is pressure on the upstream side and zero pressure on the downstream side. They are an economical alternative to the Jet Flow Gate when pressures are typically under 100 psi.

Hilton Jet Flow Gates: Jet Flow Gates are precision manufactured throttling valves used for high pressure / high head service, and are built to U.S. Bureau of Reclamation specifications or designed for specific application requirements.
DeZURIK manufactures a variety of O-Port or Thru-Port style gate valves that have a circular opening in the gate. This provides an unrestricted flow path when open. O-Port or Thru-Port style gate valves operate by moving a wedge of the flowing media inside the lower valve body when closed. They are used on slurries and dry materials, high-consistency paper stock, wood chips, fly ash, slurries with high solids content and highly viscous fluids.

KGO O-Port Gate Valves: KGO O-Port Gate Valves are a cast design valve used in applications such as High-Density Cleaners, Cyclones, Trash Dump Valves and Refiner Bypass or Isolation Valves.

Unival Ported Gate Valves: Unival Ported Gate Valves have a unique pressure assisted sealing system that utilizes elastomer sleeves which rely on line pressure rather than compression to provide a primary seal. Unival Ported Gate Valves are used in abrasive, corrosive and scaling applications.

Hilton Thru-Port Gate Valves: Hilton Thru-Port Gate Valves can be used for slurries, solids and granular applications. They can be fabricated in any weldable allow with bonneted or bonnetless designs that provide an unobstructed round port or diamond shaped opening for precise flow control.

KSV Double Block & Bleed Knife Gate Valves: DeZURIK Double Block & Bleed Knife Gate Valves combines two ANSI Class 150 or 300 pressure-rated Severe Service Knife Gate Valves into a single unit with a single actuator and a central bleed port. This compact design provides a dual isolation solution, allowing personnel to isolate and drain downstream system media while safely maintaining upstream pressure.

KGY Mixing & Diverting Knife Gate Valves: DeZURIK Knife Gate Mixing & Diverting Valves are used in dry material handling applications. They offered in a wide variety of patterns and sizes. Diverting Valves can be configured to diverter material from a single inlet to 2, 3 or 4 different outlets. Mixing Valves combine material from 2, 3 or 4 inlets into a single outlet.

KCI Coal Burner Isolation Valves: Coal Burner Isolation Valves close off pulverized coal burner lines during maintenance shutdowns, providing increased safety by reducing the risk of fires and accidents. Coal Burner Isolation Valves are available in cast or fabricated designs.

KLS Level Sensor Isolation Valves: Level Sensor Isolation Valves are specially designed to mount between the stock chest and the level sensor. This valve allows removal of the sensor without draining stock chest.

Hilton Material Handling Knife Gate Valves: Material Handling Knife Gate Valves are used on dry bulk materials where the valve is installed horizontally in a vertical pipe. A displacement pocket is provided which enables the valve to close through a standing column of packed material.
